* CHECK-IN / ENTRANCE - from 14h (Fourteen hours).
Due to the requirements of Decree 6.022 of January 22, 2007, in order to check-in,
all guests must fill in the FNRH - National Guest Registration Form properly.
The essential data of this filling are: full name; CPF or passport in the case
of foreigners; identity document; complete address; telephone with area code
and e-mail (advance check-in only with availability).
* Check-Out / Departure - until 12:00 the next day, after this time a new daily
rate will be charged.
* Payment of daily rates must be made at Check-In / Entrance.
* Reservation cancellation / change deadline until 2:00 pm the day before the Check-In
/ Entry (24h in advance).
* Reservations without Check-In / entrance or contact with the Hotel until 9:00 pm
on the day of Check-In / Entry will be considered No-Show.
* Breakfast, Wi-Fi Internet and parking included in the daily rate. (Parking according
to availability).
* Age Policy:
Children free up to 05 years old, provided they are accompanied by an adult
couple and are responsible.
If traveling without those responsible, the traveler must have a written authorization
and notarized. (Law No. 8069/1990 - Statute for Children and Adolescents).
Law 12,546 / 2011 prohibits smoking in closed environments. We have an outdoor
area for smokers.
*INTERNAL BEHAVIOR
- Smoking is not allowed in the hotel's common rooms and facilities, according
to Law 16.239 of 29 September 2009;
- Do not attach nails or sticky objects to the walls;
- Do not remove towels from the apartments for use on the beach;
- The lack of zeal and misuse that cause damage or loss of equipment, facilities,
trousseau or any item made available to the guest, is aware of the act of
reimbursing the hotel's monetary value, at the market price of the damaged item;
- The hotel is not responsible for any forgotten or lost object in the common areas,
being the guest's sole responsibility. The found objects will be kept for 30
days and after that period they will be donated to charity and / or discarded;
- It is not allowed to hang clothes or objects on the balconies or windows of the
apartments;
- Unregistered visits will only be allowed in the reception lobby, on the ground floor;
- We kindly ask you to respect the time of silence from 22h (twenty-two hours);
